Swifties in Argentina had made headlines for camping out in tents for months, showing their dedication to catching one of the biggest and (most expensive) shows of our generation. So, we got Mercado Libre, South America’s largest online marketplace, to reward this loyal fandom in a way her fans would appreciate.
Since Swifties had created a tradition of trading friendship bracelets at the Eras Tour, we created Friendship Códigos– bracelets that secretly had discount codes for products on Mercado Libre.
We created hundreds of bracelets with these codes all based on iconic Taylor lyrics, and then infiltrated the concert without sponsoring it by having influencers trade our bracelets at the show.
